Flowers of Cavour are exclusive , bluish - violet , and held in upright panicles . This species is the common lilac , also concern to as French lilac , that most of us are conversant with , highly fragrant lilac flowers , on 4 to 8 column inch dull panicle , appearing in tardy bound to other summertime ....
