This recipe has only three ingredients and is quite simple to make.

1 bag cranberry ( about 4 cups)2 great omphalos oranges1/2 to 3/4 cup pure maple sirup

The amount of come-on will vary calculate upon how tart the cranberry and oranges are . Begin with a less amount of sweetening , taste , add more if necessitate .

It is tasty on yogurt with granola , over ice ointment , in a smoothie , on a bagel with cream cheese , and on sandwiches . stress it with tart cheddar on black bread for a great grilled tall mallow or on a vegetable or turkey reuben with sauerkraut . Mix some into a vinaigrette or marinade .

Wash the cranberries and the Orange . Cut the oranges in to quarter and cut them crosswise . Put the cranberries and oranges into the roll of a food processor . pelt in 1/2 cup maple syrup .

Pulse the ingredients until they are coarsely chopped . Taste for bouquet and add together the other 1/4 loving cup maple syrup if desired . Pulse to combine . Do not over process ; the relish should not be a puree – it should be just a bit chewy with have slight pieces of cranberry and orange .

Transfer the relish to a container and refrigerate until ready to serve . transfer from fridge about 15 to 20 minutes before attend , so that it is cool room temperature . The savour will keep for about 2 weeks in the fridge , although it is best use up the first hebdomad .
