Eating, sleeping, and breathing gardening

Today ’s exposure are from Criss in northeastern Ohio .

I have 2½ Acre with an honest-to-god theatre and outbuildings . I have two separate yards east and west , and they are separated by a private road . A woman that endure here in the forties loved to garden , so I have many plant life that she put in that are still thriving , including some old roses .

I do a lot of hardscaping . I fuck rock and old brick and have fence in - in garden . I ’m addict to gardening . I deplete sleep and breathe it .

Mossed bricks chair into a patch of lawn palisade by a divers assemblage of bush , which create a beautifully private space .

This is a magical image . Against a backdrop of various greens , aristocratical hydrangeas ( Hydrangeamacrophylla , Zones 5–9 ) and orange day lily ( Hemerocallisfulva , Zones 3–9 ) flower .

The doors on this little greenhouse are flanked by two nanus spruce standard ( perhapsPiceaabies‘Nidiformis ’ , Zones 3–7 ) . Silverylambs ’ ears(Stachysbyzantina , Zones 4–8 ) in the front , and cheery black - eyed Susans ( Rudbeckiafulgida , Zones 4–8 ) andconeflowers(Echinaceahybrids , Zones 5–9 ) are flowering around the greenhouse .

Criss ’s delivery pawl , Lakota , enjoy the flowery bounty of the garden . That ’s one lucky dog !

In the nicety , a statue model behind a tapestry of colour make mostly by foliation . Lamium ( Lamiummaculatum , Zones 4–8 ) with pocket-size flatware leaf is constellate with ahosta(Hostahybrid , Zones 4–9 ) , the ash grey - spotted leaves of a pulmonaria ( Pulmonariahybrid , Zones 4–9 ) , and the argent frond of aJapanese painted fern(Athyriumniponicumvar.pictum , Zones 3–8 ) .
