How to Decorate your DIY Farmhouse Garden Bench
Not long ago I deal aDIY Victorian Farmhouse benchthat has been very pop . Everybody lie with a good garden bench . And building this one is so well-off everyone can do it .
Now that you could work up one I am going to show you a few way you could decorate a Farmhouse Garden Bench on your porch , deck or in the garden !
Red for a Pop of Garden Color
I have build many of these over the years and I still love building them . This one I latterly repainted RED for a burnished spot on my back pack of cards . Those are a couple of six - pack of violas I could not resist buying .
We have been have such warm January atmospheric condition that the violas are already turn like weeds and I need to get them into some potbelly . Even if it gets cold again they will do just ticket . I am loving this bright red on the back deck of cards right now , it really sum up a spark of color to the dowdiness of wintertime .
Looking back through old photos I was so surprised to see that I have been build and painting these benches for over 15 twelvemonth .
Birds and Bugs on Bench
My , how time flies . I suppose you would relish reckon how you may decorate these , if you wish to take an artists brush to them .
I bed this one and I am go to do another , the shining colors are so uplifting . I have tutorials useable on theDaisies , the Lilacs , and theroses .
I sleep with the bluebirds and fun bugs paint on it and I want to do more Iris ’ house painting before long .
One last shot of the side , love the fanciful Bluebird in flight . These are fun little impulsive birdie , that were fun to paint as I was not going for any sort of realism , just cuteness .
Farmhouse Scene on Bench
This next one I spent a lot of clock time on but I do lie with how it call on out . I need to paint more scene on things .
I did not dream up this scene , it is really pattern from a book by Debbie Toews , I have several of her books . She makes it so easy to get a expectant effect with her gradation - by - footfall directions .
You will notice this terrace and the Birds and Bees judiciary are cut differently than the first two benches . Same DIY basic pattern for the bench I just did not do the scrolly gash and went with angled cut alternatively . Happy Painting and Bench decorating !
